Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). As CISO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and protection of our customers' financial data and the integrity of our technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Manage cyber security awareness and training throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement secure software development methodologies and cloud security strategies.
- Lead incident response activities and manage information security operations in a complex organization with devolved structures and multiple stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and implement effective countermeasures.
- Proven experience in managing information security operations or incident response activities in a highly complex organization.
- Significant experience and expertise in one or more of the following: network and systems security, Unix/Linux systems administration, TCP/IP networking, intrusion detection/prevention, and malware analysis.
- Excellent understanding of security principles, theories, practices, and techniques for planning and implementing technical IT security arrangements.
- Fluent English oral and written communication skills.
