Position Overview
As a key member of Natixis' structured and synthetic management division, you will play a vital role in overseeing our investment portfolios.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- monitoring and managing service portfolios, ensuring compliance with all regulatory ratios and prospectus requirements, overseeing fund backing to liabilities (including subscription/redemption activities, swap balances, and TRS), and managing fund cash flows,
- validating and monitoring the net asset values of the funds,
- contributing to the development and automation of tools designed for effective fund management, and preparing reports related to management activities,
- engaging in the ideation and launch of new investment strategies and products, as well as optimizing portfolios under the team's guidance,
- collaborating closely with the structuring team and various internal departments, including risk management, legal, compliance, marketing, middle office, and accounting.
In your role as a structured and index portfolio manager, you will be actively involved in the launch of new products and business development initiatives.
You will work within an international environment, surrounded by a community of experts dedicated to excellence, impact, and collective action.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management roles and hold a Master's degree in engineering, business, or an equivalent field.
You are knowledgeable in:
• structured and index-based management,
• accounting and net asset value validation,
• OTC derivatives, including legal documentation and regulatory frameworks.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities. You are:
• capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, adapting your communication style as needed,
• able to work with rigor and independence, effectively managing priorities,
• analytical, curious, and enjoy collaborating with others.
Proficiency in English at a B1 level is required.
