Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to lead teams on challenging access works. This role involves managing operations for projects such as terrain reinforcement, cliff securing, and pre-landslide blasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise teams of construction professionals engaged in specialized tasks requiring difficult access techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for successful project completion.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in special works, difficult access construction, or civil engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams.
  • A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, ranging from €30,000 to €42,000 per year gross. Additional benefits include an ETAM status, meal allowance, and the provision of a company vehicle.
