Job Description

Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Manager to lead our Renewable Energy Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project finance-related workstreams and M&A activities for Green H2 and Power-to-X projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate project contracts (PPA, EPC, O&M) and ensure their bankability
  • Negotiate term sheets and finance documentation
  • Manage due diligence process (technical, legal, insurance, tax & accounting)
  • Coordinate M&A efforts (preparation of marketing materials, modelling, negotiation of contracts, execution, etc) at the project and/or corporate levels

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in economics, finance or engineering
  • 7-10 years of experience in project finance and/or project M&A in the energy sector within banks, investment funds and/or energy companies and developers
  • Fluent in English & French, with experience working in multi-cultural environments
  • Deep understanding of the financing of complex infrastructure projects
