About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead DevOps Specialist to join our team at the Ministère de la Justice. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our DevOps strategy, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and application deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our software factory
- Implement and document automation scripts and programs covering infrastructure and application deployment using existing libraries
- Participate in the enrichment of these libraries
- Contribute to the deployment and optimization of CI/CD pipelines
- Support DevOps engineers within the Ministry
- Be a driving force in designing technical solutions
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of security for our infrastructure (SecOps)
- Propose improvements to the application value chain
- Participate in establishing a DevOps and DevSecOps backlog
- Perform technological watch with potential POCs
- Be an actor in a DevOps community for sharing and disseminating knowledge
Requirements
- Strong background in DevOps, cloud computing, and automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Nexus
- Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python, YAML, and Shell
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, such as Ansible and Terraform
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, including OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
