Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
  • Support the Sales team with technical support, solution determination, and product presentation
  • Liaise with GPS tracker companies to ensure timely installation
  • Manage contracts, insurance documents, and car registrations
  • Liaise with the sales and operations team to raise blockers and communicate statuses
  • Maintain client portfolios and ensure timely request handling
  • Analyze manual processes and suggest automation for smooth workflow operation
Requirements:
  • Bac + 2 or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years in a comparable role
  • Impeccable organization skills and perfect verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy and experience with Hub
  • French C2 and conversational English
  • A positive attitude and performance-based bonuses
