Mission Overview
In collaboration with the general secretariat manager, your primary responsibility will be to execute all procurement processes within the organization, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations. Your key duties will include:
- Offering guidance and assistance to operational teams concerning their procurement strategies, including the selection of methods, adherence to financial thresholds, and risk evaluation.
- Assessing departmental requirements and coordinating the annual procurement schedule.
- Drafting and preparing administrative documentation for tender submissions in partnership with relevant teams, aiming to enhance purchasing efficiency.
- Publishing and managing tender documents for vendors, overseeing communications and responses.
- Facilitating bid evaluation meetings, drafting resolutions, contracts, and amendments.
- Maintaining continuous legal oversight.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a legal background with demonstrated experience in a comparable position, preferably within the social housing sector.
