About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services Organization at Enablon SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing enterprise-wide software solutions for some of the world's largest companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client service delivery and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
  • Manage a small Professional Services team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Work closely with Enablon teams to acquire and onboard staff, ensuring a smooth project delivery process
  • Drive and improve services quality and client satisfaction, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Facilitate communication between different departments, actors, and clients, resolving conflicts and escalations
  • Maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer care and support
  • Support the sales cycle to position services and identify new business opportunities
  • Produce well-defined project implementation proposals, ensuring high-quality project deliverables
About You
  • At least 10 years of professional experience working on software or integration projects
  • At least 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in implementing software solutions for large enterprises
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, managing a small services team
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners
  • Some experience in sales of professional services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present in front of large internal or external groups
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized, with solid problem-solving skills
