Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the contractual aspects of commercial operations to ensure quality-cost-delivery constraints are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractual aspects of commercial operations to ensure quality-cost-delivery constraints are met.
  • Coordinate the control, shipping, transport, and customs clearance of goods.
  • Oversee stock management and processing of supplier/customer invoices.
  • Execute commercial contract operations, resolve disputed invoices, manage notices, and negotiate analyses.
  • Coordinate transportation and customs clearance, monitor orders and contracts until delivery and invoice payment.
  • Check transport document compliance, customs declarations, manage Letters of Credit and SBLC.
  • Verify volume in/out consistency and update shipment tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in logistics or more than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical skills: Professional English, proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Personal qualities: Versatility, teamwork, organizational skills, responsiveness, proactivity, high stress tolerance.
  • Soft skills: Good customer and interdepartmental relationship, initiative.
