We are seeking a highly skilled Water and Sanitation Network Operations Manager to join our team at Nantes Metropole. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our water and sanitation networks.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the planning and programming of investments in the water and sanitation networks
- Participate in coordination meetings for public space works
- Improve service procedures and share experience on operations
- Manage the execution of contracts, including:
- Pre-study necessary for defining needs and establishing operation programs
- Engineering services
- Works, in conjunction with the engineering services
- Annex services (AMO, CSPS, Technical Controller)
- Manage accessibility and coordination constraints (land, circulation) and riverbank communication
- Ensure financial and administrative follow-up of operations (regulatory files, project draft resolutions, constitution of servitude engagement, subsidy requests)
- Guarantee the quality of design and realization of works, safety of goods and people, and environmental preservation
- Diploma Bac+2 (water-related fields) with first experience on an equivalent position in the water or sanitation domain
- Strong technical knowledge in urban hydraulics related to networks and VRD; mastery of CCTG works fascicules
- Strong knowledge in public procurement (Public Procurement Code; CCAG-tvx, -MOE & -PI)
- Mastery of office software; ideally, practice of SIG/GED
- Excellent relational and writing skills (meeting leadership, teamwork, consultation)
- Rigour (risk management), organization (multi-file management), autonomy, and reactivity
