We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Utilities to join our team at Fed Engineering in Ile-de-France. As a Maintenance Technician - Utilities, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our utilities systems, including water treatment and HVAC.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage projects related to process and equipment optimization
- Act as a technical expert on clean utilities equipment
- Monitor and benchmark new technologies and regulations
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the clean process
- Qualify new equipment and modifications to existing systems
- Participate in the development of qualification/validation documentation and testing
- Define and execute corrective or preventive actions
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Document incidents and determine root cause
- Develop and implement improvements to HVAC utilities equipment to enhance performance and reduce incidents
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BAC+2 to BAC+3)
- 2-3 years of experience in water treatment in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with a strong focus on technical and human development
