**Job Summary**
NTN is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our product marketing strategy for the automotive aftermarket.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market analyses and competition benchmarks to inform product development and deployment.
- Develop and manage product offers, including defining specifications and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the launch process, ensuring seamless execution across Engineering, Quality, Pricing, Logistics, Communication, and Sales departments.
- Collaborate with the communication department to create effective launch briefs.
- Analyze product performance and develop action plans to drive growth.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Product Marketing or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the automotive or industrial vehicle industry.
- Proven track record of success in product marketing, with a strong understanding of technical products and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
