RM Intérim Beauvais is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Roofing Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of our clients' buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify areas of concern and develop repair plans.
• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, and membranes.
• Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing rafters, trusses, and sheathing.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent water damage and ensure building envelope integrity.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to ensure the longevity of roofing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

• CAP/BEP certification in roofing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
