Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Becton Dickinson. This is a critical role that requires strong financial systems and tools knowledge, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation, validation, analysis, and communication of financial and operational data relating to cost improvements, CB-2 preparation, and capital processes.
  • Support the annual strategic review (ASR) for the site and serve as the financial expert on cross-functional project and Operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial operations and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong financial systems and tools knowledge, including SAP and BPC.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or CPA/CMA certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
