Engineering Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Site Manager to lead our site engineering and maintenance organization. This role will oversee a team of approximately 120 internal individuals and external contractors/partners. The successful candidate will establish and maintain cost-efficient repair and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing cost-efficient repair and maintenance processes
- Supporting innovation, data, and digital site initiatives
- Managing vendors and contractors to ensure best service at a competitive cost
- Leading a team of process maintenance, operation, and maintenance of utilities, project engineering, asset lifecycle management, commissioning and qualification, automation, facility management, and business development
Requirements include:
- Excellent project management skills, including contract management and project appraisal/financial knowledge
- Fluency in English and French
- Quality of Work Life approach, allowing for improvements in daily life
