Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at ONET ACCUEIL. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 to 10 people and overseeing the daily operations of our industrial cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleaning operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
  • Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Develop and implement training programs for new team members
  • Monitor and report on team performance and productivity
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
