Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our partner acquisition and revenue growth objectives, bolstering our market presence in Europe and France.
You will collaborate with the best European unified communication specialists to achieve our goal of being the leader in the UCaaS business market.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our partner base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
- Understand our partner business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with category-specific landscapes and trends
- Provide regular reporting on factors influencing tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of sales executive experience
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive and driven to achieve goals
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Native French speaker with full professional proficiency in English
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the telecommunication industry, specifically in UCaaS / CCaaS
