About the Role
SKILLS RH is a prominent entity in the recruitment sector, currently in search of a dedicated Accounting Assistant to support a prestigious accounting firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and account reconciliations,
- Establish and organize files and tools,
- Monitor the quality and accuracy of ongoing files,
- Engage in regular communication with clients,
- Collect data and conduct follow-ups,
- Prepare documentation for financial reporting,
- Handle VAT submissions,
- Conduct account reconciliations.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong interpersonal abilities,
- Analytical and critical thinking skills,
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and organized approach,
- Commitment to confidentiality,
- Team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with digital tools and experience with dematerialization processes is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Accounting and Management (Bac +2) and ideally have some experience in a similar capacity within an accounting environment.
Knowledge of accounting software such as SAGE (COALA) is a valuable asset.
