We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team at SPIE Industrie. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of electrical project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage electrical project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure that electrical projects are delivered in accordance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their electrical project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate electrical project risks, including technical, commercial, and operational risks.
- Develop and implement electrical project quality control and assurance processes to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor and report on electrical project progress, including budget, schedule, and quality metrics.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical project management, including experience in leading and managing electrical project teams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate electrical project risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
