As a vital member of our culinary team, you will:

  • Maintain the balance between the dishes you create and the established technical guidelines
  • Independently oversee all activities within your designated section, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the establishment's high standards
  • Assist in evaluating supply requirements and managing inventory and orders
  • Comply with HACCP regulations and safety protocols

The ideal candidate will possess a background in hospitality training such as BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, or BTS, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a comparable role and establishment.
