Job Overview:

Vacances Bleues is seeking a Seasonal Plongeur to join our team at our stunning location in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Ensure the cleanliness and order of work areas, including storage and disposal of waste
  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces
