Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage global operations and delivery for 24x7 operations and teams, supporting secure and stable operations for cloud, hybrid, and datacenter technologies globally.
- Lead IT Service Management (ITSM) continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring strong IT service management operation processes are in place.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure lifecycle management and production stability, and ensure incident and crisis management processes are in place.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Service and Operations Delivery, with prior technical experience.
- Tactical soft skills, including relationship building, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Basic knowledge of a broad spectrum of infrastructure and cloud solutions.
