About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Drive team as a Drive Team Member. As a Drive Team Member, you will play a key role in the success of our Drive service, working closely with our customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and seamless shopping experience.
- Prepare and package customer orders, adhering to our quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift and move stock, as required.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
