Donation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to donors, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Donation Processing: Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the production room and sales floor.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Customer Service Experience: Have previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or donation-based environment.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Be able to work effectively in a team environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills, with the ability to accurately process donations and handle cash transactions.
