The DLSI Group, along with its agency in Compiègne, is currently seeking a Production Line Operator (m/f) for a client operating within the food sector.
Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee the coordination of weighing and forklift teams to ensure efficient material flow.
- Guarantee adherence to proper production and sanitation protocols.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training process for new staff members.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene and safety standards throughout the production process.
- Identify and document any non-conformities in production.
This role operates on a 3-shift schedule and offers a long-term assignment with various incentives.
