About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Panel Maintenance Technician to join our team at ENGIE Green. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our solar panel installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar panel installations, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing faulty components.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose issues with solar panel systems, including electrical and mechanical problems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and documentation of repairs and replacements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance and repair operations.
Requirements
- Education and Training: Hold a CAP/BEP, BAC PRO, or BAC +2 degree in electrical/electromechanical engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, as well as experience with solar panel installations.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
