Your Role: Maintenance Methods and Configuration Management Lead

As a key member of our team, you will lead a dedicated group responsible for ensuring seamless integration of maintenance practices within all projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of RATP's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the maintenance representation within project teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with overall objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative methods to optimize maintenance activities, enhancing productivity and resource utilization.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and deliver technical training programs to ensure a high level of understanding and proficiency across the organization.
  • Oversee all aspects of 'Methods & Configuration Management,' ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Represent the maintenance perspective in company-wide consultations and configuration modifications, contributing valuable insights to decision-making processes.
  • Define and refine maintenance procedures, continuously seeking improvements to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in technological research and benchmarking activities, staying abreast of industry trends and exploring cutting-edge solutions to elevate RATP's maintenance capabilities.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in the field of maintenance engineering. Your qualifications should include:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or maintenance engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in various maintenance engineering methods and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams or managing projects within a complex operational environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
