About the Role
Lallemand SAS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Project Manager to support the Animal Nutrition business unit's development.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects focused on ruminants nutrition and health, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and discuss study protocols, and write efficacy sections for registration dossiers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including research institutions and industry experts, to advance project objectives.
- Participate in statistical analysis of applied research trials and provide technical support to marketing and commercial teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific literature and regulatory requirements, and provide expert advice to the team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in animal sciences or a related field, with a strong background in project management and research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in statistical software packages, such as SAS, SPSS, or R Studio.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to write and speak clearly and concisely.
- 1-2 years of experience in a R&D position, preferably in the feed industry or with feed additives.

- Autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Regulatory-minded and able to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Working Conditions
- Travel: Less than 20% of the time, with international travel to Europe.
- Location: Ideally located in Toulouse, France, but open to remote work arrangements.
