Insurance Delivery Manager

GFT Technologies SE is seeking a skilled Insurance Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of insurance services to international clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, cost, and client satisfaction of our insurance services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of insurance services to international clients, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor the overall status of insurance programs, identifying main issues, risks, and associated actions and mitigation plans.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the insurance services, connecting with the rest of the GFT organization.
  • Lead initiatives to improve service efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance client experience.
  • Collaborate with IDU Managers to address staffing and training needs, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
  • Coach and mentor workstream leads to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT project delivery, with a focus on bespoke development and product implementation.
  • Experience within the insurance industry, preferably with a strong understanding of the French market.
  • Background in complex program management, with experience in Agile practices and SAFE methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with Spanish as a plus.
  • A strong network within the insurance sector and IT partners is highly valued.
  • Availability to travel frequently to Niort, France.
