Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Practices, and Bristol Myers Squibb's quality standards. This role will involve supporting the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer and Director Quality and Pharmaceutical Affairs in all quality and pharmaceutical activities related to the Exploitant site.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Practices.
- Conduct inspections, self-inspections, and external audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage GXP suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs for quality-related activities.
- Support the development and implementation of business continuity plans.
- Monitor new regulations and regulatory surveillance to ensure compliance.
- Additional training in Regulatory Affairs.
- Professional-level English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to integrate into a group that relies on the commitment and responsibility of each individual.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Positive and constructive mindset.
- Strong ability to propose ideas.
