Risk Prevention Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Safety Animator to join our team at Nexter. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for driving the development of a safety culture within our production site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety initiatives to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze workplace accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Conduct regular safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in safety management, preferably in the metal industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and company policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• First aid or firefighting experience is an asset.
