CNC Machinist

Job Summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist - 5 Axis to join our team in Marignane. As a key player in the aerospace sector, we offer integrated solutions for product and process engineering as well as production, maintenance, and associated services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out machining and equipment operations for elementary parts according to customer demands.
• Study, define, and formalize a machining manufacturing process.
• Identify machining phases and choose the most suitable cutting tools to produce the desired part.
• Perform material removal machining operations (milling, turning, boring, etc.) based on computer programs.
• Securely clamp/fix the part on the machine for oneself, others, and the tools.
• Ensure the quality and pace of operations.
• Train colleagues on procedures and processes.
• Anticipate and resolve problems (manufacturing defects, faulty tools, etc.).

Requirements

• With a degree in BEP or professional BAC in production techniques, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a CNC 5-axis Machinist.
• Required knowledge includes various machining techniques, materials and cutting conditions, spatial representation of volumes, programming on CNC machines, production management, reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with different machines including FANUC, DMC, DMG MORY, HURCO MAZAK, etc. Siemens software skills.
• Knowledge of CATIA, Solidworks, 2D and 3D software.
• A background in the aerospace sector is essential.

• Position available as soon as possible.
• Contract: Fixed-term/Permanent
• Hours: 35h per week with the possibility of shift work in 2X8 or 3X8.
• Salary: Hourly rate from € to 18€ depending on profile + meal allowance €16.40 net/day worked + mileage allowance €0.28/km (maximum 80km round trip) + CET + health insurance
