EURHASI is seeking a Sustainable Forestry Solutions Manager (M/F)
Our organization offers its members and partners a suite of solutions aimed at enhancing supply chain transparency, addressing environmental and social challenges, and evaluating supplier performance to fulfill ambitious responsible sourcing goals.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and refine strategies for monitoring the impact of supply chains on forests and ecosystems.
- Partner Engagement: Oversee relationships with external partners involved in delivering our forestry and ecosystem solutions.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with relationship managers to enhance business development efforts.
- Workflow Oversight: Communicate requirements to Global Data Teams and supervise solution workflows.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor income, manage contracts, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
- Product Improvement: Enhance and maintain solution offerings.
- Industry Participation: Engage in relevant industry working groups and events.
- Impact Reporting: Develop internal and external communications to highlight the impact of solutions.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
You possess a strong passion for problem-solving and creating practical solutions that promote forest-positive actions within global supply chains. Your genuine interest in forestry, agriculture, family farming, and social education will be instrumental in ensuring that assessment and monitoring solutions are effective and yield measurable transformations in supply chains. You believe in leveraging technology and partnerships to foster a sustainable future for our forests and land use.
As a detail-oriented individual with a robust analytical and methodological approach, you are dedicated to facilitating informed decision-making. Your proven leadership abilities, coupled with your experience managing complex projects in diverse, multicultural settings, will be significant assets in this role.
With a keen interest in your colleagues' work, empathy for their challenges, a non-judgmental attitude, and a clear vision for progress, you excel in uniting people around common objectives. You are organized and capable of working independently while prioritizing effectively.
Working Conditions:
- Undergraduate or Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental management, forestry, engineering, remote sensing/GIS) preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, including product development and exposure to government, private sector, supply chains, and/or regulations.
- Demonstrated project management experience with a positive impact on sustainability.
- Full-time, open-ended position.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
- Citizenship or valid work authorization in the country is necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree or relevant experience in a related field (e.g., environmental management, forestry, engineering, remote sensing/GIS).
