Job Description
As part of our 'Architecture and Overall I&C' center of expertise within the I&C Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in managing configurations for nuclear power plants. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to equipment commissioning on-site and ongoing updates.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Tailor configuration management processes to specific project requirements.
- Implement robust configuration management practices across all project teams.
- Deploy and maintain configuration management tools and databases.
- Develop essential configuration management deliverables, including Configuration Management Plans, Version Plans, and CID documents.
- Provide regular updates to project architects on configuration progress and any potential issues.
- Coordinate and oversee the configuration of various supplied systems.
- Apply Systems Engineering methodologies throughout your work.
Due to the intricate nature of these systems, you will collaborate extensively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including process divisions, safety and mechanical systems teams, subcontractors, and control system design/validation specialists.
Beyond your specific job duties, you will actively participate in Framatome's cross-functional initiatives such as Operational Excellence, Knowledge Management, Systems Engineering, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Transformation. This involvement will contribute to continuous improvement in methodologies, quality, and management practices.
Occasional travel within France or internationally may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications:
- A degree from a reputable engineering school specializing in control command systems.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing configuration management practices on one or more projects is essential.
