Key Responsibilities- Process improvement and automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
- Design and implementation of production testing, manufacturing procedures, and training programs
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to review proposals and control projects
- Development and implementation of manufacturing standard procedures to meet quality and safety standards
- Design and setup of production lines, including industrial automation techniques and process improvements
- BS degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (up to 5 years)
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoDesk, DraftSight, and Solidworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
