Industrialization Quality Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Quality Strategist to contribute actively to Inovelya's growth.
As a pioneering company in the industry, we are looking for an innovative and results-driven individual to oversee the implementation of our 10 Industrialization quality fundamentals.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Leadership or related roles within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and training to the project team on methods and tools necessary to achieve robustness, capability, and effective quality risk management.
- Identify and report any quality risks to project management.
- Lead problem-solving efforts within the OLM to address escalated quality issues.
- Facilitate the transfer of quality documentation to the plant responsible for parts and processes.
- Manage Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) and Critical-to-Process (CTP) parameters from acquisition to control phases.
- Evaluate and ensure the implementation of all quality measures to protect customers.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English-speaking with preferably some knowledge of German and French.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
