Product Analytics Frontend Team Lead - Engineering Manager

As the Engineering Manager for the Product Analytics Frontend team, you will be responsible for scaling the team, defining the technical vision, and shaping the product roadmap. You will work closely with the design systems team to create a visual identity and simple patterns for product analytics use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow the Product Analytics Frontend team, directly managing 4-6 engineers.
  2. Define the frontend technical roadmap in alignment with product goals and the frontend team.
  3. Work with the design systems team to create a visual identity and simple patterns for product analytics use cases.
  4. Participate in hands-on work: Code reviews, design reviews, and some coding.

Requirements:

  1. A Software Engineer at heart with previous experience leading software engineering teams, as a tech lead or people manager.
  2. An excellent leader with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  3. Interested in working on an early-stage project with many challenges to solve and a fast iteration cycle.
  4. A strong technician, particularly with TypeScript and React.js, who is interested in remaining a hands-on leader.
