Job Title: CBM Engineer
Job Description:
At SPIE Oil & Gas Services, we are seeking a highly skilled CBM Engineer to join our team in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting condition-based maintenance (CBM) surveys on site, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for equipment maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct CBM surveys on site to identify potential equipment issues
- Analyze data from CBM surveys to determine maintenance needs
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure effective equipment maintenance
- Provide training and support to maintenance personnel on CBM best practices
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng in Engineering
- Vibration ISO Cat II Certification, based on the ISO 18436-3
- 5 years experience in Condition-Based and Predictive Maintenance
- Good knowledge of CBM tools (OROS, Bentley Nevada, OneProd, Allen Bradley)
- Good knowledge of planning tools, and of CMIMS tools (preferably SAP based)
