Key Responsibilities

As a Spa Practitioner, you will report directly to the Spa Director and/or Spa Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality spa treatments and services
• Collaborating with the Front Office and Concierge teams to enhance guest experiences
• Utilizing industry-standard software for scheduling and client management
• Working within a dynamic team environment, adapting to seasonal fluctuations in staffing

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A diploma in Esthetics (CAP/BEP)
• A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in both English and French; additional languages are a plus
