Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Connect People Sprl. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and designing digital products that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Define and Design Digital Products: Develop and implement digital product strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Support Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into transformation projects.
- Manage the Backlog: Define the structure of the backlog and adapt it during the product life cycle.
- Write and Prioritize User Stories: Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the development of high-quality digital products.
- Participate in SCRUM Ceremonies: Join our SCRUM team and participate in ceremonies to ensure the successful delivery of digital products.
- Maximize Product Value: Prioritize objectives based on user needs, value provided, and financial feasibility.
- Communicate Progress: Keep business stakeholders informed about the progress of digital product creation.
- Business Stakeholders: Interact with various business stakeholders, including key users, business project managers, department heads, and manufacturing responsible individuals.
- IT Stakeholders: Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of digital products.
- Developers: Work with internal or near-shore developers to develop digital products.
- Solution Providers: Engage with solution providers and external service providers to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Peers: Exchange best practices with peers to improve digital product development.
- Education: Master's degree in economics, e-business, or industry 4.0 with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Background: Background in business analysis in an industrial environment.
- Skills: Good knowledge of the SCRUM framework, backlog management tools (Azure DevOps), and excellent communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in French and English, with any other European language being an asset.
- Travel: Open to traveling approximately...% of the time between our sites in France and Belgium.
