Job Title: HR Operations AdministratorAbout the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our HR team as an HR Operations Administrator. Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions to ensure effective operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Payroll and Data Entry: Assist in payroll processing and data entry, working with our outsourced payroll provider.
  • HR Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Compliance and Governance: Help to ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
  • Administrative Support: Support administrative tasks for performance management and pay review processes.
Requirements:
  • HR Experience: Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Professional Services Background: Background in Professional Services, preferably Consultancy or Financial Services.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies and employment law.
