We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software systems for managing our deployed fleet of devices and infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop secure data pipelines to aggregate and analyze high-volumes of telemetry and applicative data to ensure the highest standards of services and user/patient experience.
  • Build software to ensure physical and software security of our devices and applications.
  • Maintain and extend build systems, cross-compilation tooling, release automation, and software for such environments.
  • Collaborate with other multidisciplinary engineers to develop and optimize core algorithms, applications, backends, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development in C++, Python, and/or JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with designing complex and secure systems, backends, and APIs.
  • Production experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent command of Git and best-practices for developing industrial products within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
