About the Role: Test Lead for Dynamics 365 Projects

We are expanding our Consulting Services team and seeking a skilled Test Lead to join us on an exciting journey. You will play a crucial role in leading, guiding, and monitoring the testing process for dedicated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire testing process, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and conduct workshops to define testing approaches.
  • Create detailed test plans for each phase of testing, outlining objectives, scope, and methodologies.
  • Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Document testing procedures, results, and any identified risks or challenges.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Test Lead with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Proven experience in leading testing efforts for complex projects, particularly within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, is essential.
