**Job Title:** Service Civique Volunteer
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Service Civique Volunteer to join our team at CENTRE HOSPITALIER DES DEUX RIVES Careers. As a Service Civique Volunteer, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our residents in the EHPAD Résidence Les Lilas Blancs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accompany and support residents in their daily activities, such as reading the newspaper, writing letters, and playing games.
- Participate in group activities and animations, as defined by the animatrice.
- Identify and report the needs and preferences of residents to the animatrice.
- Assist in the creation of the internal journal for residents.
**Requirements:**
- Completion of the Formation humanitude (r) animation sociale (4 jours) to develop skills in working with residents with cognitive impairments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Working Conditions:**
The Service Civique Volunteer will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a team of experienced professionals. The volunteer will be supervised by the animatrice and will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience in a real-world setting.
