• Deliver personal hygiene and comfort care, along with preventive measures as necessary.
• Assess individual needs, track their development, and communicate with the care services coordinator.
• Engage in efforts to prevent dependency and encourage independence.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment, including bed-making and care equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and share observations to ensure seamless care.
• Provide information and support to individuals in care.

• Possess a State Nursing Assistant Diploma (DEAS) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the collective agreement.
• Previous experience is advantageous, but we welcome newcomers based on the tasks assigned.
• Exhibit autonomy, attention to detail, organizational abilities, strong interpersonal skills, discretion, adaptability, observational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
