We are seeking a committed IT Support Specialist to become a vital member of our organization. This position involves providing essential technical assistance to our clients in the eastern region of France.
As an IT Support Specialist, your primary duties will include delivering remote support and troubleshooting for a variety of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and test user workstations
- Identify and resolve hardware and software problems remotely
- Assist users in troubleshooting or take control of their systems remotely
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address and resolve technical issues
- Maintain detailed records of interventions and share pertinent information
Possess a background in IT with experience in Microsoft environments.
Essential SkillsThe ideal candidate will be independent, possess strong communication abilities, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.
