Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Engineer to join our team. As a Data Science Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and associated data lakes to support our climate modeling efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets
  • Develop and maintain data lakes to store and manage data from various sources
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models
  • Work with DevOps engineers to ensure reliable deployment and monitoring of data pipelines and models
  • Automate data flows between technical and business teams to monitor climate events
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Python object-oriented programming
  • Experience with Docker, cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Good knowledge of English and fluency in French
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong interest in climate issues and data engineering
