About the Role

As Data Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of talented data professionals. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire data lifecycle, from strategy and architecture to analysis and insights delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement the data strategy, roadmap, and architecture to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with portfolio and product teams across the organization to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the data and analytics space, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements

We are looking for a passionate leader who is excited about the power of data and its ability to drive business success. Solid experience in data science is essential, with a strong background in Python, Linux, and Git/Gitlab. A first management experience is a plus.
