Role Overview
As a member of the IT division in France, you will report directly to the IT Manager for the New Aquitaine & Occitania Region. You will collaborate closely with both the Regional Solution Manager and the Regional Infrastructure Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary objective will be to support the Infrastructure Manager in the execution, oversight, and advancement of projects across all subsidiaries within the New Aquitaine & Occitania region.
Your duties will encompass:
- Project oversight (planning, organization, monitoring, and evaluation)
- Development of project documentation
- Risk assessment and management
- Tracking and management of resource activities
- Preparation of briefs for resources and validation of completed tasks
Candidate Profile
You should be on the verge of enrolling in a Bac +4 level program at an engineering school, university, or business school, and ideally possess some prior experience.
It is also preferable that you hold certifications in ITIL, COBIT, PMI, CHAMPS, ISTQB, Product Owner, or SCRUM.
Desired Attributes
Detail-oriented, energetic, and possessing strong interpersonal skills, you are capable of thriving in a professional setting and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Your background equips you to take initiative in project management.
Familiarity with Cybersecurity and GDPR is essential, along with proficient IT skills (Windows, Office 365, Active Elements, Shell, ITSM, etc.).
Furthermore, a high level of English proficiency and comfort with project management software and Microsoft Office applications are expected.
Additional Information
This position is available for an apprenticeship.
