The chosen candidate will join the corporate communications team and will support the partnerships and sponsorships manager in the everyday operations related to partner management, communication initiatives, project oversight, and the coordination of collaborative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of partnerships: overseeing email inquiries, handling product contributions and giveaways, and coordinating the distribution of race bibs to team members.
  • Communication: developing written and visual materials, managing event communications, contributing to communication strategies, and sharing content across social media platforms.
  • Coordination and facilitation of group activities: preparing materials for meetings, organizing gatherings, and assisting in the facilitation of discussions.

Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a master's degree who is inquisitive and passionate about the field, particularly in partnership and sponsorship areas. A sensitivity to environmental concerns and food transition topics is advantageous. We value a dynamic, curious, respectful, and collaborative individual.
